MCM Title Services, LLC was founded by Bart Chepenik in the hope of providing professional and cost-effective title work for clients.

Bart H. Chepenik, J.D., LL.M practices in the North Miami, Florida area. Bart received a Bachelor of Arts (1990, English) from University of Florida , a Juris Doctor degree from Nova Southeastern University (1994), and an LL.M. (1995, Taxation) from University of Miami . Bart began his career with Arthur Andersen LLP where he spent seven years focused in that company's tax practice before he began practicing law as a sole practitioner and, most recently, as a partner in the firm of Givner Jaroslawicz & Chepenik. Bart's law practice specializes in real estate, taxation, and estate planning.
